The Coffee Estate

We all had to turn to coffee at one point in our lives. It may be because of stress, or you were trying to keep yourself awake for the duration of the day. It can also be as simple as a mean to catch up with your friends. With the sudden emergence of coffee shops, there is always a place or two you can go to if you are in dire need of a caffeine break. You would always have your favorite mix. It can be an iced blended Americano, a classic Espresso or a sweet cup of Frappuccino. Whatever your favorite blend is, you know that once you are done with your cup, you are ready for another day (or night) of hurdles at work. A cup of coffee is also a good pairing for breakfast, with pandesal or a heaping plate of sinangag with tuyo and egg, you know your day can never go wrong.
But what would it be like if you know how to blend your own coffee? No, we are not talking about the 3-in-1 instant coffee that you can purchase from your local sari-sari store or grocery. We are talking about blending your coffee the way the baristas do it in your favorite coffee shop. You do not have to be employed to learn how to do your own brewed coffee. You simply need to visit The Coffee Estate in Amadeo, Cavite.
Situated in the Coffee Capital of the Philippines, The Coffee Estate is not only a haven for coffee lovers, it is also a place for families or barkadas who plans to embark on a weekend getaway. It used to be a privately owned townhouse but the owners decided to turn it to a vacation place for people who would like to be away from the pollution of Manila, minus the hassle of enduring the long travel hours.

We had a chance to spend the whole weekend at this place. From sunrise to sunset, there is always a thing that you can do. The lighted pool and the jacuzzi’s temperature can be controlled according to your liking. You can enjoy the pool while talking to your friends over a bottle of beer or wine.
The rooms came with 2 queen sized beds you can share with your friends. If in case you would be a big group, you can always ask for an extra mattress so you can all fit in one room. These rooms are airconditioned with a comfortable space for you and your friends. Take note that only the third floor room is for rent as the 1st and the 2nd floor rooms are for private use. We were also offered to try the wellness spa.  The coffee body scrub is the best way to end the night at this estate. You can choose from Full Body Coffee Scrub or Full Body Massage. We went for the Full Body Coffee Scrub because not all spas offer this kind of service.
