As I shared on my previous blogs, I work in QC and we have this regular dinner-out around diliman area. This made us aware that we are in the basin of the best culinary district, we are lucky to hop from one restaurant to another and try the most gastronomic wonders they delightly serve.

Let me tell you a story, a Chicken Storey (laughs).
Suggested by a good friend , Jomar of Byahero Si Bes, I came across this small diner in Timog, Quezon City. Chicken Storey serves one of the best fried chicken dishes and Chicken Wings I had ever tasted, but what made me rev up this blog entry is their Pork Belly, I love the chicken (let me be clear) and I know they named it the Chicken Storey coz of the chicken meals but their Pork Belly hopped a step ahead. The pork skin was incredibly crispy and the meat was apparently well-cooked, I enjoyed the crunchy skin and the tenderness of its meat.
As for their Chicken Wings, I liked the Cheesy Jalapeño dip, the style of their chicken wings was very close to Max's Chiicken, so you'll at least have a hint of what it taste like.

The Wings and Dips on the other hand comes with five dip flavors: Honey, Spicy Honey, Soy Garlic, Honey Mustard, Cheesy Jalapeño, Truffle, Available in 4pcs, 6pcs and 12pcs. For their Pork Belly, it's avalable in a meal or per kilo (1/4 and 1/2). Serving time is around 15-20 minutes See the prices below. I would like to commend the staff of Chicken Storey, they were all approachable during our visit. One of the owners also gave us free sample of their new chicken dishes, they're so generous to their guests. Plus all the delectable dishes they served. I will give Chicken Storey a ten out of ten rating.
